Meet Julie
The Heart of Bloom Dog Grooming
Julie is the heart behind Bloom Dog Grooming, living near the quiet village of Oyne in Aberdeenshire with her husband Martin and their two lovely dogs, DeeDee and Pippin — the original inspiration behind everything Bloom stands for.
Tucked away in the countryside, with a little paddock where the dogs love to play, Julie has created a calm, home-based grooming space that feels a world away from the hustle of a busy salon. The salon itself is fully equipped and set within her own home, so every dog enjoys a quiet, personal visit from start to finish. Despite the tranquil setting, she's easy to reach, just a short drive from Inverurie and Aberdeen, with plenty of parking and an easy-access driveway right to the door.
Outside of grooming, Julie enjoys spending time in her garden; caring for flowers, watching butterflies, and making the most of the peaceful setting she’s built around her.
She truly loves what she does and looks forward to welcoming more local dogs, and their owners, into the Bloom experience.
