Bloom Dog Grooming — Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Bloom Dog Grooming. Bloom is a calm, one-to-one salon with limited appointments each day, so every booking is important and reserved especially for your dog. Making a Booking Appointments can be made by: Phone: 07803 180232 Text: 07803 180232 Email: bloomdogcontact@gmail.com Online: Via the booking page on this website When booking, please provide your dog’s name, breed, age, coat type, temperament, and any medical or behavioural notes. This helps prepare for a safe, comfortable groom. New Clients First-time clients may be asked for a short phone chat before booking, especially for puppies, rescue dogs, nervous dogs, or dogs with extra needs. Deposits A £10 non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final bill. If Bloom cancels, your deposit will be refunded or transferred. Arrival & Collection Please arrive on time. Early arrivals may disturb another dog, and late arrivals reduce grooming time. If you are 15+ minutes late, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Most grooms take 2.5–3 hours. You will be contacted when your dog is ready. Please collect promptly. Refusal of Service Bloom may refuse or reschedule appointments if a dog is unwell, contagious, unsafe to groom, severely matted without enough time booked, or if incorrect information was provided. Bloom Dog Grooming — Cancellation Policy Bloom understands plans can change. As a small salon with limited daily bookings, notice is appreciated. Cancellation Terms 48+ hours notice – Deposit transferred to a new appointment. 24–48 hours notice – Deposit lost. Less than 24 hours notice – Deposit lost and new deposit needed to rebook. No-show / missed appointment – Full appointment fee may be payable before future bookings. Emergencies Genuine emergencies or sudden illness will always be considered fairly. Please contact Bloom as soon as possible. Repeated Cancellations Frequent short-notice cancellations or missed appointments may result in advance payment requirements or refusal of future bookings. If Bloom Cancels If Bloom needs to cancel due to illness or emergency, as much notice as possible will be given. Deposits will be refunded or transferred. By Booking Booking an appointment confirms acceptance of these policies.
