This is our Tail

There hasn't been a time in my 37 years when I haven't had at least one dog of my own and a multitude of family pooches to play with. They've always been my thing and I've enjoyed nothing more than looking after, training, walking, playing and cuddling them. Fast forward to now where my three lively springer spaniels, Barney (age 10), Lola (age 7) and our puppy Lenny (now 5 months) join our family to make a nice odd number of six.

Following ten years of working in marketing and design, I followed another passion of mine and retrained as a yoga teacher which essentially set me off on a path of a more conscious lifestyle. I enjoyed teaching yoga and experiencing its healing benefits and continued to study holistic wellbeing practices. Having had some time out following the birth of my second child I felt I wanted to bring the benefits of natural living and wellbeing to our four legged friends and so decided to take up a new skill and enrolled and trained in dog grooming.

It is such a joy to give time and energy to dogs while pampering them. Seeing their individual characters and then returning them to their owners looking and smelling so lovely. I take great care in understanding the needs of the dog and the requirements of the owner and strive to provide a calm and safe environment to carry out the groom.

Environmental sustainability and the use of natural products, avoiding nasty chemicals and using organic ingredients wherever possible is very important to me and I centre my natural dog grooming business around this as I feel the benefits to the dog and the planet are so important.

So here I am, with a natural dog grooming salon in the beautiful West Sussex countryside and I welcome you to visit us for some natural dog grooming in a calm, safe environment carried out by loving hands.

Hope to see you soon.
